Our Focus is on our customer's needs. Because of this, our showrooms are by appointment only so that we are able to take time to understand each individual's project, goals, and budget. We believe this personalized approach is the reason our customers keep coming back to us.
We believe our customers should shop in a low pressure, relaxed environment. That is why both of our flooring stores are set in home spaces, not giant industrial boxes. Often times, our store puppy, Canelo, is the first one to greet customers.
Tired of huge selections of cookie cutter flooring that are jammed full of harsh chemicals? Us too. That's why we've hand picked our selection to only present the best options. the best part - all of our brands are low VOC, and sustainable.
Perhaps the most unique feature of shopping at Eco Floors is our salesman. Our lead salesmen each have over 15 years install experience. We've found this helps customers avoid choosing the wrong flooring for their space, and reduces enxiety over the installation.
Does ECO Floors HAve Inventory available for same day purchase?
In General, no; we are a non-stocking flooring store. However, we can usually provide a same day turn around on select laminates, sand-in-place a hardwood, rubber tiles, carpet padding, and very select carpet. Most of our products are roughly 2 weeks shipping time, which also fits in line with our install schedule. On special order items, we wait until the flooring touches down in Portland before shceduling. Our policy is simple - all flooring must be paid for before an order will be placed.
