COMPRESSED AND HARDENED WOODWith its patented Woodura technology, the wood surface is 3 times stronger than traditional hardwood. The actual wood surface you see is thin, but its protected by a durable 20 mil wear layer, and fused to 4 layers of compressed/hardened backing. This means you get a significantly more dent resistant floor, while conserving materials.
DENT & WATER RESISTANTBecause of the process of compression, the wood is left dent and water resistant as the compression takes away the porousness found in natural hardwood. If you stop by our showroom, you can see a side by side of their hardened wood in comparison to solid hardwood after being tested by dropping a 7oz metal ball 50 times from a 3 foot drop.
5 DIFFERENT SIZESOne of the best things about these floors is they can come in a variety of sizes, though the most popular are the XL (8-1/4″x 86.6”) and XXL (10-3/4″x 93.6”). A limited selection also come in S (5.94″x 46.06″), M (5.94″x 78.74″), and L (7.09”x 78.74”). |

With 5G Dry lock, Woodura planks are designed to be leak proof, meaning the locking system prevents spills from reaching your subfloor and causing water damage. For our DIY installers, this is one of our easiest installing products!
